All products and prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel orders at our discretion.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at your chosen interval. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your account at any time before your next billing cycle.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Canada and offer flat-rate or calculated shipping based on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
5. Returns & Refunds

Our pH crystal litter is not a diagnostic tool and should not replace professional veterinary care. Please consult a veterinarian if you notice abnormal color changes or health concerns.

Return & Refund Policy

At Pauhs, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused litter bags within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• The item must be in its original packaging and condition
• You must provide proof of purchase
To request a return, email us at [insert your email] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not accept returns on opened litter for hygiene and safety reasons
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel or skip your subscription any time before your next billing cycle. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only and are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our emails to stay in the loop!
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by region but generally fall within 2–7 business days after processing. Rural and remote areas may take longer.
Note: Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Pauhs is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If issues arise, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Subscription Policy

Pauhs offers a convenient subscription service so you never run out of litter — delivered to your door on your preferred schedule.
How It Works
When you subscribe, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 4, 6, or 8 weeks). Your card will be automatically charged before each shipment.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through your customer account:
• Pause or skip a shipment
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your address or payment method
• Cancel your subscription any time before your next billing cycle

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next order, make sure to cancel before your upcoming billing date.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund under the subscription plan.
